At Silver Fern™ Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your digital return confirmation.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
